Are you responsible for learning and development in your growing workforce?
With increased immigration, migration and prominence on social justice topics and requirements, it can be challenging to remain current.
Through on-demand training, we support clients with one-off, periodic and onboarding solutions to support their learning and development approaches.
Using bite-sized training sessions, reflective questions and open discussion forums, we teach audiences about organizational culture change topics and make the content relatable to the workplace environment.
Two of our staple on-demand solutions include our Introduction to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility (DEIA) course and our Introduction to Unconscious Bias course.
Introduction to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility (DEIA)

This course is intended to help individuals and organizations better understand and address issues and challenges surrounding Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility (DEIA) through bite-sized lessons, reflective questions and opportunities for open discussion.
DEIA in the workplace leads to innovation, creativity, better problem-solving skills, varied perspectives and increased productivity. For this to be achieved, organizations and institutions must first recognize the value and economic benefits of having a diverse and engaged workforce. Each employee benefits when our organizations succeed in this area, and we can be proud to be part of a team that values DEIA.
In this course, we share real-world examples of behaviours and research around DEIA, and examine the value of having such a workforce, which is critical to today’s work environments.
Introduction to Unconscious Bias

This course is intended to offer an opportunity for individuals and organizations to learn about and explore the concept of Bias with a strong emphasis on Unconscious Bias and how it impacts us and those around us. Through bite-sized lessons, reflective questions and opportunities for open discussion, participants will be able to reflect on their biases in a safe space, while analyzing the experiences and factors that lead us to hold these biases.
Having a diverse, equitable, inclusive and accessible (DEIA) workplace has been proven to support innovation, creativity, better problem-solving skills, varied perspectives and increased productivity. For this to be achieved, organizations and institutions must understand how to recognize and limit bias to ensure all employees are supported equally across the organization.
In this course, we learn how to identify and challenge bias to create a fairer and more inclusive workplace for all.
